What the site collects
When you complete the form, we receive your name, email address, needs and message, along with any optional information you choose to provide. Avoid entering passwords or sensitive information.
Why this information is used
This information is used to review your inquiry and contact you. The form does not subscribe anyone to a newsletter. Only people authorized to handle the inquiry should have access to it.
Hosting and service providers
The site is hosted on Netlify. Inquiries are saved in Supabase and a copy is sent to info@mgminformatique.ca through Netlify form notifications. Payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe. Depending on these providers’ configuration, information may be processed outside Québec. Abuse protection may use Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled.
Preferences and cookies
Our cookie policy explains local storage and how to clear it. No advertising or audience analytics tool is integrated into this version. Your browser may store your privacy preference. Stripe applies its own mechanisms on its payment page.
Retention and protection
Inquiries are retained to process them and follow up on the business relationship, and may then be deleted when no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations. Access to the data is restricted.
