Do you work with individuals and small businesses?
Yes. From home troubleshooting to a business IT environment, we adapt the work to your needs. Support can be provided remotely or on site, depending on the situation.
Can you handle both my website and my IT?
Yes. Websites, Microsoft tools, networking, cybersecurity, AI and automation can be planned together. Each engagement specifies the services included, the access required and the responsibilities.
How does your pricing work?
We assess your needs before confirming the cost. Depending on the work, we may propose a one-time intervention, a block of hours or a custom project. External and recurring fees are detailed in the proposal.
Can my data stay within my business?
